I'm sure by now that you know i love all of your work and this piece is beautiful too. Having said that, there is something about this piece that makes me feel "uneasy" and I can't put my finger on it. I was hesitant to comment on it in case it sounded like I was being critical because I truly adore your work. The detail and style is simply gorgeous, as always, but something just makes me feel very weird when I view it.
As i said, I had not planned on leaving this comment until I read your description, which gave me an eerie feeling too...LOL. Please don't think i am being critical, dear...you KNOW I love your work. I just don't understand why this piece is giving me such a weird feeling.
You have such an amazing talent for what the eye sees and the heart feels...to put it mildly, you are among the very best!

This is a beautiful picture, I like the feel of it.Her collar is like something from another era. Its a creepy piece of work but very well done indeed, lighting is beautifully subtle and hair colour works wonders.
