Size Zero__The Disease

EDIT: Obviously a very simple manip, but totally unpolished when I submitted it the first time.
*I've now done Blurring and darkening...correction to the measure-tape...
***Because there is just too many comments, and I'm only human, and simply cannot get back to You all, or reply to each one without repeating myself, in short, this will be the answer to everyone who asked... The rose was not the part of this Pic, it was Photoshopped-in.
The tattered blindfold stands for "distorted vision".

All Your support is very appreciated. Print might be coming soon.
Thank You everyone for each and every comment and for sharing Your opinions about this.
You all have my love. But also thanks to all the perverts who left me the most ridiculous comments/Notes that I've EVER read for all my time-being here on dA. :)

“You will be dead before You’re thin enough.”

The concept: The other day me and my girlfriends had a huge argument about the famous
“Size 0” and I was shocked to hear that some of them actually sort of agree on how a modern woman should be stick-thin, or in other words- she should have a “lollipop-body figure“ because only then will she be successful in life… I think that’s crap. Got curves? Love them!

*Not that I have anything against thin. It’s beautiful. It’s full of detail.
But only if it’s natural thin, genetic thin… Not “demanded” thin.

Therefore, I dedicate this to all those who feed us lies on how a woman’s body is intended to be.
(As far as they’re concerned we should all walk around skinny and brainless... )
-
*The body is not photo-manipulated, but the Model is not *that* skinny in real life. for this shot she had to suck it in a little. But Please, no comments about the Model’s body.
What I'd love to hear is what You all think about this concept and if anyone shares my views.
Thank You.

This is a beautiful message to try to share. I'm glad to see it.
Being a size 9-11 can be a little maddening some days when I go shopping and such, but I enjoy life! I enjoy tasting new foods, cooking for myself and others, eating with my family and not having to worry too much about the consequences.
Skinny may be more attractive to some people, but they need to look inside and see if the girl has a soul! Or has a brain!
Naturally skinny is good, forced/ starved half to death is not.
Why people do that? No idea.

You see, their life at 18, is over. One can't even say that they died for "beauty". :disbelief:
It's absolutely disgusting...and nobody does anything to put a stop to that. So, in order to wear nice clothes You have to be devastatingly thin?
Screw that.

I have curves, I have hips...and I wear whatever the hell I please. (In Gothic fashion, of course...) :)

Thanks for viewing hun.
